OK, my life is kinda jazzy. For real. I'm now addicted with this:
I knew many of their songs from Mas Hudhan, my senior at college. It was on january 2011, when I worked as a display team for Karnaval Sastra celebration night. My laptop was used for displaying a documentary video of The Faculty of Letters :)
I directly fell in love with their song, "Let's Groove"
it somehow reminds me to my 4th semester in this university :)
The first time I got a henna,
the first time I was appointed as the captain of the class,
the first time being appointed as a chief editor,
and had a very hectic schedule due to my pregnant lecturer was going to leave for termination...
Well, this song is so cheerful, and I always love this song :)

As days are being counted
3 Days to go :)
my aunt starts packing her things, her clothes are already taken away from the cupboard and are now packed in boxes. her medicines are already cleaned up from the table.... 3 days to go and i'll (again) be the master of my holy pink sanctuary....
can't wait that day to come
can't wait to clean up my bedroom
can't wait to decorate my bedroom
can't wait to buy new accessories...
![]() |
| look at the table. it used to be full with medicines, but not now. they are already cleaned up. |
![]() |
| my aunt's thingies. they're being packed right now, and will be sent to jakarta through expedition |
![]() |
| another corner of my bedroom. these tables are used to be put many kinds of bandages. but now, they're empty already. |
Damn! time is crawling..
Lord, thanks for blessing me, and granting what I wished for. Thanks for giving my privacy back. Thanks for giving me this bless along with a happy moment I will have with legato: A vacation to jatim park! it's going to be the first time for me visiting that amusement park. THE FIRST TIME? am I kidding? no!
I come from a family which hardly ever goes out to have vacation. Dad dislikes refreshing or visiting amusement parks or tourism sites. while mom, though she likes and badly needs a vacation, she can't drive by herself to go for a vacation, and her hectic schedule makes her unable to steal some time to go out. while me, I badly need a vacation. I always feel jealous and envious seeing my friends traveled to many beautiful places, and I am sitting alone at home, watching the photos of my friends having vacation posted in FB, no one asked me to go out with them. believe me, I feel badly, terribly, deadly, JEALOUS.
OK, you can say "IT'S WEIRD TO HAVE NEVER BEEN TO JATIM PARK!!" But it's INDEED a fact that my father dislikes vacation. Mom admits that. not only mom, but also everyone in his office admits dad's disliking in vacationing. they said that that's the way my dad is. Poor me :(
And this is going to be a precious time for me. To have fun in jatim park with legato. Dear legato, somehow I feel jealous to see your photos having vacation in beautiful places. this time, I wanna join you, so that I can show to my great-grandchildren that their grandma has experienced a vacation - which is very rare in my family.
Dad, mom, vacation is expensive in this family. So, may I trust my friends instead of both of you for having a qualified vacation? thank you.

2011 CALEIDOSCOPE
I wanna share to you my 2011 caleidoscope.... haha
finally I finished all the assignments and I feel relieved.... *jumping jumping like destiny's child
so... here they are
JANUARY 2011
the first time working for Student Executive Board, as a committee of Karnaval Sastra. I was appointed as the event-planning division for Malam berbintang lima, the celebration night of Karnaval Sastra. Also, in this january, for the first time, I was appointed as the captain of the class. It was on the critical reading class, taught by Bu Iroh who was pregnant at that time =). Well, starting on this January, I am officially an English LINGUISTICS student. it's because starting on the 4th semester, the courses we take determines the specialization we major. I took TEFL, it shows that I belong to linguistics.
FEBRUARY 2011
Is there something special on february? emmm.... not really. ah, yeah! the TEFL lecturer, Mr. Andi Muhtar gave me an assignment that required me to meet my English teacher when I was at SMANAWA! hoho, I came back to smanawa and interviewed my favorite English teacher Bu Intyas Yanuartanti.... waaaa, I found out that Bu Intyas knows Pak Andi muhtar :) having a teacher that graduates from the same university with me is such an interesting thing, I can share many things about the lecturers we have :)
Also, in this month, I befriend with a japanese student, Sayumi Mizuno. She is an AIESEC participant having a project in Malang, introducing Japanese culture to senior high school students. I'm glad to befriend with foreigners... :)
MARCH 2011
On march, the critical reading course ended. ENDED? yeah. due to the lecturer's pregnancy, and she was going to have the termination in April, therefore she decided to add 2 additional classes. Hey, what a hectic schedule, dude. During these 3 months I had 4 reading classes and we worked very hard. it feels like taking 26 credits. ahahaha! it was so hard, when finally this class finished, I yelled "YAAAAAAAAAAAYY, I'M TAKING 18 CREDITS NOW! THOSE 4 CREDITS FINALLY GONE!".
APRIL 2011
Officially becoming a SWINGING FRIENDS (Mocca's friendsclub). attending the meeting in MOG to prepare the gathering, and I met new nice friends. Dewi, Icha, Jono, Eva, Nungki, Wini, Alfi, Rosa, and many more.
I finally know how it feels to be a member of a fans club, to befriend with many people who have the same interest.
Also, on april, I got a nephew. Meet ISMAIL MUHAMMAD... he was born on April 16th, 2011 =). He is the second son of Bu Iroh and Pak Agung.... waaa, I feel so delighted to have this handsome nephew.
MAY 2011
becoming the coordinator of English 3D Wallchart competition for SMA student on Legato Anniversary is kinda hectic and stressing, but at last I feel relieved seeing the event was finally done successfully =)
I turned 21 on May 3rd. thanks God.. for being given a chance to live, to have a chance to learn....
On May 14th I met MOCCA, my favorite band, and I had a very good time with Swinging Friends.
JUNE 2011
My teeth's plumbing got broken. it INDEED hurt. It made me shout crazily inside my bedroom. therefore, I couldn't go anywhere.
Oh yeah, I also worked for Cerita Segala Rasa magazine and interviewed a senior lecturer, Bu Siu.
JULY 2011
On july 15th I had a music night with my friends at pak murdib's house. well pak murdib and his wife, bu arwijati, are both our lecturers... I love their classes so much. I sang Looking Through the Eyes of Love and Menanti Sebuah Jawaban. nice event =)
Most unforgettable day: July 25th. Had a lunch with big sist! we ate at Pizza Hut matos, then we went to hypermart, and had photobox shoot =) I LOVE THE PICSSSSSS!!
Not long after, my parents forced me to go to jember, accompanying my Aunt who was hospitalized because of her diabetes. I said, "SUUUUCCCKK!" I really wanted to be in campus, being a committee of OSPEK!
AUGUST 2011
Oh, SMANAWA's anniversary is absolutely not to be missed. I love that school very much, this emotional bond will never fade. Also, on this august, for the first time, I am expelled from my bedroom. My Aunt (whom I told u above, who suffers a diabetes) is finally treated in malang, after 1 month hospitalized in jember. Until this very second when I typed this post, auntie still stays in my home, and I don't know when will she go home. :-( T_T
SEPTEMBER 2011
Having a long holiday is so SUCK. believe me.
My Murabbi (mentor) interrogated me why did I never show up in Majelis dakwah sekolah's events, the halaqoh (Islamic Study forum), and I also disappeared in their FB group. I also behave as if I against them, by blaming them in my FB status as if they restrict me on expressing my narcissisms creativity.
Finally I said, "Well, somehow I am DIFFERENT with you all. you are way too shy to show yourselves. you don't want to show your photo in FB. you only want to sing only in female forums and afraid if there's a man hearing your voice. you avoid showing up in public. Different with me. Even I have a desire to be a model. I love lipsyncing and upload it in my FB. I love singing, accompanied by my friend playing guitar, and they are BOYS!. I love dancing. When Tani Maju, Jawaika, or any other bands perform on Sastra's events, I don't hesitate to come up in front of the stage with the crowd, and dance together, along with the music! I love being in a flash mob! while you expect me to be like you, and you forbid me to have these kind of activities!"
finally my murobbi said, "So I have understood it now. that you don't want to be with us"
I said, "It's up to you if you make such kind of conclusion"
then she said "OK, it means that now we're over, you're no longer in our halaqoh forum. rite?"
I said, "It's OK"
The conclusion is, I QUIT from that organization after being inactive for approximately one year. after working with them from 2008-mid 2010. I finally quit.
Dear, to be a religious person, I don't need a big headcover, skirts, socks, a forum where girls (ooops, Akhwats) and boys (ooops, ikhwans) are separated with curtain, a halaqoh forum, a must of hiding our photos hn FB, a must of singing only in female forums, the use of ana-antum-akhi-ukhti-afwan language, and many other stuffs I had when I joined that organization. What I learn when I work for Ormawa Sastra ir that we are free to express ourselves in many kinds of media, in the name of freedom of expression. I indeed do agree with this. I uphold the freedom of expression. Nothing's wrong with it. that's why I feel nothing wrong when I danced along with my friends on music nights held by BEM Fakultas Sastra.
Dear ukhti, I'm different :) if you think you can't go with it, it's OK. What's the meaning of happiness for you, have it your way.
OCTOBER 2011
Dear, being appointed as a fundraiser of English month 9 is somehow a SUCK. I hate having miss-communication with the sponsor who actually misunderstood the proposal and the MoU, but they blamed us. C*zz*! d*fici**te! c*gn*!
Also, I finally resigned from Ar Rohmah Putri. FREED.... FREEDDDDDDD....
NOVEMBER 2011
Finally finished the service period in Legato, with many sorts of memories..
I can't feel the time passed by, and finally I finish the beautiful 2 years.
Also, my junior high school teacher whom I call Mama, Bu Sugi, ask me to tutor her daughter for English subject. Yaay, finally I can earn some money to buy room decorations
DECEMBER 2011
Officially appointed as a senator :) I'm now the head of Prosperity Commission of Student Legislative board. my duty is to check the inventory of our office, and make the office into a homey place :)
Also, our CCU class held a CCU gathering where we had so much fun. Icha, a friend from the other CCU class, performed Tari Topeng. My classmate Renisya with her SBSquad performed korean dance. And, of course, me - as a Swinging Friends who is fond of Arina Mocca, performed TAP DANCE!
Finally, thanks God I had a chance to show my dancing skill.
Those are just a few of the stories I had back in 2011....
Resolutions? Why? I make resolutions not in every new year, but in every Birthday!
But I do hope that I can be more mature, not to blame every single thing so easy,
to be more calm on facing everything.
And, one more thing. should I say it now?
OK.
Dear, I want a... yeah, Boyfriend.
#huekbyooooor Angie talking about boyfriend? wait wait, she never reveals her love life in public place!
of course, because I've been single since the day when I born. I've never been in a relationship, u know.
and it somehow sometimes sucks. I admit it.
Well, actually I have so many hopes and wishes, cannot mention one by one.
Anyway, happy new year! hoping you have a blast all along 2012. let's prove that the doom's day won't be happened this year. it's just a HOAX, dear.... hahaha
Only Allah knows.. la haula walaa quwwata illa billah. one of thd sign of being faithful is to believe that the doom's day will come, and to believe that only God knows the D-day... ain't it?

the same daydream
dear, long time not talking about my days.
first, I wanna share something, that the last 2 days were such an unforgettable moment for me. I attended the student conference for the committee of Ormawa Sastra. I finally can know the rules of conducting a court. I know how it feels to learn the AD/ART of our organization. Also, we, the senators finally arranged the committee of the student legislative board. it is very nice to befriend with you guys, the senators....
FERY, WILDAN, NURIL, ALFU, BITA, YOGI, GHANY, FENTI, IRMA, NIZAR, ANDRI, ZAIN
Hopefully we can make a great improvement for our faculty, our Ormawa, our Legislative Board. VivaLa Vida Legislativa!
and this is the second. in this 25th of december, my aunt finally finishes her foot treatment. all the rotten wounds on her foot finally dried. soon she will go back to jakarta. Alhamdulillah...
everything I think is all about a plan to redecorate my bedroom. can't wait to be brought back to the place I am supposed to belong to. well, next semester I start to think about my thesis, I need a huge amount of concentration, and it only can be gained in my bedroom. Please Allah grant my wishes... amin ya robbal alamin =)
The redecorating plan is currently making me thinking about the same daydream, everytime I drown myself in my mom's bed before sleeping: To stop the time for several hours. those several hours will be used to go to the mall, and take eeeeeeeeeeeeverything I want especially those pink things from teenage accessories station to decorate my room. to take a pink recorder flute in musical instruments store. to take pink spiral note book. to take many kinds of L-sized dresses. to take cute drinking bottles. pink computer mouse. happy house doormat. hello kitty bedroom slippers.transparent umbrellas. colorful teenager backpacks. watches. wallets. spectacles. EEEEEEEEEVERYTHING I WANT. but no one recognize the things I take. ahahaaa, criminal mind. but this is only a daydream. it is only an imagination and I believe it can't made into a reality, I don't wanna do it for real. I know it's a crime, dude.
well, somehow, several days ago I have relieved myself from the stressful final week with buying a new pink gift wrapping paper (hah! I always buy gift wrapping papers and I don't use them at all!), some cute pink stationaries, and a pink hand fan. bismillah, hopefully it can boost up my spirit to start a new semester next year.
anyway, merry christmas for you all who celebrate :) GBU and happy enjoying a quality time with your whole family with fruitcakes and cookies :)

Dancing in the rain on this december
In this rainy december, while waiting for a certainty of my aunt to leave my home, I have made some preparation to welcome myself back in my bedroom.
My parents bought 2 packs of puzzle mats, they are pink and blue, oh how gorgeous --"
they use 6 pieces of it to be put under the praying mat, and the rest are to be put inside my room.
but, after my aunt leaves my home, for sure.
I also have bought several new pink giftpapers to be attached on my wall.
WHOAAA.... CAN'T WAIT TO HAVE MY ROOM BACK
The point is, when my aunt leaves, I will clean my bedroom totally. throw away the waterproof mat laid in my bed during the time my aunt stays in my room. THIS IS ALREADY DECEMBER! AUNT WILL LEAVE SOON! FREAK YEAAAAAAAH!!
this december, I will have my freakin' final week, the CCU gathering that perhaps costs much, the Legato committee dismission (yeah we finally finish our year officially, for the next head of legato has been elected. Meet BAYU ILHAM PRIBADI, the next head of legato. and all hail to the next head of Student Executive board, GEBBY MAULANSYAH). I will also have some fun activities with the Legatoers. Also, I have made up my mind and finally decided to continue my career in student organizations of Faculty of letters, in the Student LEGISLATIVE board a.k.a DMF (not executive! hahah). I'm a senator-to-be (whuuuuiiiikkk..... what a hyperbolic language... senator? err, yeah, that's the way we are called)
well, it's kinda weird for me after being accustomed for 2 and a half years having a headquarter as a place to go home to, a place to take a nap and is dominating my daily life.... that's one of maaany reasons for me to continue my career in ormawa. well, after thinking very long, the activities that BEM have is somehow similar with legato's activities. But the pressure is higher. yeah, I have experienced it. twice working for CSR Magazine and also karnaval sastra. well, kinda too complicated for me.
hell yeah! also, I'm planning to take a DOUBLE DEGREE program next semester!
emmm, the first time I heard this phrase, I feel that - yeah, I have to add one more year ahead to finish my study. more subjects to take. more responsibility. One more title.
Pritha Anggiarima, S.S, S.Pd!
I'm taking English Linguistics and Education! I have a legalization to teach!! mukya gyaboooo~
the most important thing is that I want to be placed in SMANAWA on my teaching internship.
kinda wanna kiss the pain away as what Hollywood nobody said,,, errrr yeah!
hey, is it december 8th? so january ninth is only one month left?
Ah, hell! I haven't prepared anything! January 9th is still being the day I've been waiting for since the last 5 years. What am I going to give? a scrapbook again? but, oh! I don't have a place to work on it!
A stop motion video? well, my laptop is being uncooperative.
A dress? I don't know her size. hei, is she as plump as me? No. also, she's way shorter than I am, for sure.
And I don't know for sure what her style exactly is.
Emmm, I forgot one thing. that Smanawa is going to - again - hold a BUNKASAI! yeah, this is the 4th bunkasai held.
Yeah, finally got a chance to explore my style on the way of dressing up! can't waitttt!!!

Now that the journey ends...
Dear, it's November, it's almost the end of the semester.
and it's almost the end of my governing period in Legato.
It's finally 2 years. I started working for legato when I was a freshmen, and now that I have become a junior student, my period of being in charge to run legato has finished.
Well, we will have the student election very soon, to choose the next president of legato.
Legato....
Ah, it's hard to express my feelings!
Legato, if only I could reconstruct my family, I want you to be my parents, my brothers, my sisters, my aunts my uncles...
We are a big, extended, happiest family ever.
You are my family where I go home to.
If only I could....
If only I could have one more year to run this organization.
We, the students of 2009, are about to finish our year. We will give our baton to the younger generations: you guys, the students of 2010 and 2011.
Dear my juniors, I have more than just "i-put-my-trust-on-you" words for you. This is our pride that you have to keep on holding. this is our big family where you go home to.
you are bringing the name of the English Department to those schools around the 10 regions of EM,
to those debate clubs joining EJVED,
to those villages where you had your social service,
to those sponsors you dealt with,
to those people outside....
We are bringing The English Department's reputation! so, if you are proud to be an English Department Student, prove it by working hard in Legato =D
well, since I was in High school, i have accustomed myself to be an organization activist. I simply feel weird if I don't have any other activity besides studying. I love striving to keep a good reputation of my community.
This will bring me to a maturity, too.
as I have told in my previous post, that we are advised with a lovable mother, Bu Ina.
She's indeed a mother and I am lucky to be under her advisory for this remaining month. Lucky? yes, I am.
Lucky us to have Bu Ina. Lucky me! as what Mocca have said on their song.
and it's almost the end of my governing period in Legato.
It's finally 2 years. I started working for legato when I was a freshmen, and now that I have become a junior student, my period of being in charge to run legato has finished.
Well, we will have the student election very soon, to choose the next president of legato.
Legato....

Don't wanna live without your love
without your smile
cause I know I love you....
Pa pa pa, pa pa pa, pa pa pa
pa pa pa, pa pa pa pa
you are always there when I call you
Though I know that you're not feeling well
Even in the dark and rainy night
you're always there to walk me home
I'm so lucky to have you,
so happy to love you...
don't wanna live without your love
without your smile
cause i know I love you......
Dear my juniors, I believe that you will bring a betterment for Legato, a very significant improvement.
I know how hard-working you are. I believe that Bu Ina will care so much about you, guys.
Legato, thanks for this beautiful 2 years.
Thanks for every valuable lessons I learned in every events,
thanks for showing me the way leadership is,
thanks for showing me how it feels to deal with many people.
I know that it was hard,
but I admit I have made a great change that I didn't made in my previous organizations I joined.
Thanks for every chances you give for me to learn how to be more mature.
This is how it feels to join an organization. Legato, you give it all.
A harmonious family.
Hopefully, I'm able to continue my career to BEM FS. Regarding all the experiences you give, I need to learn more, and more. I never feel enough of organization-running experience.
Also, joining an organization is not for seeking a pride. indeed.
Legato, I have too much to say. this blog post won't be enough. but, nothing can replace your harmony.
In this 3x3-sized room, I got almost everything.
Not only about the flooded floor due to the broken draining pipes
not only about the hamsters that I love to watch
not only about the table tennis that I used to play on.
It's all about self-improvement
It's all about friendship
It's all about teamwork
It's all about keeping a good reputation
and many more priceless things that I perhaps haven't discovered.
Lord, I don't want to stop my steps here in Legato.
It's not about the probability of losing a place to take a nap, to eat my meals, to recharge my laptop battery, to have Pangsit Mie Mandala in every afternoon, to do the discussions - no.
not of losing the place - physically.
but I need a progress. I need a bigger challenge, cause I - in this early 20s - am seeking for a maturity.

a little note from English Month 9: I'm proud to call her MOM :).yeah, Legato's Mom.
Hi dear,
It is not EM if it's not stressing, depressing, but amazing and spectacular at last.
it is not EM if I can't witness God's hand on us.
EM is also a prove of God's bless.
That was a fantastic day, oct 29th, 2011. the final round of NEO (national english olympiad) 2011.
Still remember about my quarrel with the sponsor last week? well, the problem has finished now, everything's OK with us now. hahaaha.
well, that's how it feels to work as a member of fundraising team. That's how we deal with sponsors, nji.
EM is always full of sensation, though. This is the biggest event of Legato, and I can't be inattentive on working for it.
Here are some photo shots I took with my camera phone yesterday

how could my lips become that red?

I think that this is the best EM I've been involved in. And I feel a new sensation, organizing this final round with a love of a Mother.
yes, Legato has just got a new advisor replacing Mr. Nasrul Chotib a.k.a Gondrong, our previous advisor. Meet Bu Inayatul Fariha :), Legato's mother.
I joined her class last semester, it was Basic prosaic studies.
(well, it was a hard course for me because I was forced to analyze a loooooong prose and I couldn't understand what was the story about.... and so did my mates.)
Well, this 29-year-old woman was a president of Legato when she was attending her undergraduate degree. So I have no doubt about her experience working with Legato, and how big her love is for legato. This is the organization that she once led. She exactly knows how it feels to work with Legato. And I have felt this, she cares very much on us. Hmm, I think Fero - as the president of Legato - knows better how Bu Ina takes care of us, since she interacts more with her.
Dear, when we had a camp in Batu on English Fun Weekend, she came with her son just for checking whether we are OK or not. Well, our former advisor didn't do it in every English Fun Weekend, dear. That's why we feel so loved. even before she was appointed as the advisor, she has accompanied us for some events.
Dear, outside the formal class, me and Bu Ina always have a friendly chat as if I'm talking to my classmates. We talked about many things. When ormawa sastra moved to Simpang bogor 31, Bu Ina was the first lecturer whom I told, and I gave a very clear description about our new office. then we talked a lot about legato, and many other stuff related to Ormawa sastra. I shared a lot about legato with her.
I also talked a lot with her through FB. I like to comment on her status and so does her. and I really enjoy chatting with her, and I didn't realize that it was already midnight.
well, I really feel that she's indeed A MOTHER.
She does it the best. yes, a mother always does the best for her children, and it's exactly what she does.
WE LOVE YOU, BU INA :)
I'm proud to call you MOTHER. And I regret that after this EM 9 I will finish my service period in Legato. I only experience your love for 3 months. then perhaps I will continue my organization works to the Student Executive Board. Ma'am, wish that I could have another one year in Legato xD~
(no, Angie. you should not say that. You are a hard worker and you said that it's good for you to work for Student Executive Board. You have proven it when you worked for Karnaval Sastra and CSR Magazine)
Well, can't wait to share with you about NEO's results. love you ma'am...
ANYWAY, I WANNA SAY BIG CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE WINNERS OF NEO 2011!!!

RRRREEEEEESIIIIIIIGNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally, after waiting for quite long, now I RESIGN from my job as an english club Instructor at Ar Rohmah Boarding school! Yes, I said goodbye to my students on this sumpah pemuda day!
I started working there on August 14th, 2010 (hehe, that's smanawa's birthday), it's quite a long time, huh?
It's quite tiring for me to drive from malang to Dau and it depletes my fuel. that's why it's a good idea to resign from that school. there are many more jobs to choose, nji. and you'd better focus on ur study :)
is that all that u want to post, nji?
not really.
Well, i'm still busy completing my scholarship application. it drives me crazy recently. oh ya, that-very-beautiful-lecturer-who-i-appoint-as-a-referee finally agreed to write me a recommendation letter. AHAIIIIYAHAAA.
I love you maaam :) *feed her with cupcakes*
And tomorrow is the FINAL round of National English Olympiad 2011. Let's see whether Malang region will be the winner or not :)
LEGATO, FIGHT! LEGATO , FIGHT!
yeah, tomorrow I'll wear that cute T-shirt. Go on, Fundraising team:)

Ballads of the T-SHIRTS.
look at these T-shirts!
this is the official t-shirt for our big event, English Month 9. and I am in charge of selling these T-shirts to the lecturers!
I'm glad to know that my lecturers also like the design, although it looks like a teenage distro T-shirts that is usually worn by teens. I love your youthful soul, sir, ma'am :)
We, the committee, will wear this T-shirt on the final round. It is a pride to wear the same 'uniform', showing our identity as LEGATO :)
OK, stop talking about T-shirts. I know that it is exciting. back to work, angie. finish converting your scores into US grade. work for your scholarship. AMERICA, HERE I COME!

weeks of quarrels
Malang is getting hotter. And I can't deny that it affected my emotion.
I get upset very easily, and my mind is always in a worry.
Moreover, we are now in a peak time. Hectic week.
National English Olympiad's final round is about to come.
I, appointed as a member of fundraising team, am handling a sponsorship with a famous english course in Malang.
at first, nothing wrong. I agreed every 'contraprestation' (what do I call it?) they want. they asked this, and that, and this, and that... I said yes to them all. then the MoU was signed.
But the matter started a few days ago when I asked the sponsor about managing the permission of setting up the sponsor's banner on the university's gate.
in the proposal, it's clearly written that it is them that should manage all the permission themselves. it is them who has to send a letter of asking permission to the household division of our faculty. I remind them that duty. but they denied! they angrily told me that we have disobeyed the MoU!
what the f*c*??
I told the coordinator of fundraising team. she also got upset knowing the sponsor blamed us, while actually they are the one who is fault.
then they phoned me. they explained that asking permission is our internal business and they don't have anything to do with that. then I told them that the proposal said that it's their duty. still they can't accept that.
then, the president of Legato mediated our quarrel and re-explained what I said. I AM right. everything I said is based on the proposal. and they have signed the MoU.
still, they don't understand. and finally the marketing officer said to the president of legato,
(OK, Now I'd like to contact with mbak Fero dealing with this matter, yes? I always have a miscommunication with mbak Angie)
I can only give this expression toward the statement: --"
--". --".--" --" --"
@#$%^&*&%^$#%!!!!!!
Dear Lord, did I besmirch legato's image on that big institution?
I hope I didn't :(
it will affect next year's generation if they want to make a contract with this institution again.
that's the first problem.
the second problem: about my scholarship.
I reapply a scholarship that I failed. AMINEF. yea, I failed the scholarship last term, and I reapply this year. with the same 2 lecturers as a referee! the first is my advisor. I joined his class only when I was an IC student. His field deals with literature aspects and I major linguistics.
so, in brief, I never and will never take any of his classes, and in fact I'm not quite close with him although he is my advisor. I only met him in the beginning of the semester, to have him signed my course contract.
I'm not quite close with him. but everyone said that it is better for a scholarship applicant to ask a recommendation letter from his/her advisor. therefore, I ask him and he quickly gave me one.
the second referee is a young and beautiful lecturer, let me call her Ms S.
I have joined her class for 5 SEMESTERS IN A ROW (waaaaw!!) and I enjoy it very much. moreover, for the last 2 semesters, I am appointed as the captain of the class. I love that lecturer. Sometimes, she is more like a friend to me. moreover, our birthdays are only one-day different, and we can celebrate it together. I shared a lot of things, both laughter and tears.
Now, you can imagine how close we are. Therefore I have no doubt to appoint her as my referee.
Last friday i asked her for a recommendation letter. then, today, I checked whether she has written me a letter. she said: no.
then I asked bla bla bla, she answered bla bla bla, I answered bla bla bla until I come to a conclusion: she hasn't written me one, cz at first she thought that there should be a form to be filled. but in fact, no. then i told her that the letter is the same as what she wrote last year. but, she forgot last year's letter.
OMG ~
her tone was like having a quarrel when she talked with me through SMS. LORD! I don't want her to get angry at me, I don't want her to be upset on me, I don't want her to be disappointed because of me. please. i'm just getting upset because of the marketing officer of that-very-sponsor, and now I don't want to be upset because of this letter. LORD! I love that lecturer!

I'm wondering why… and asking what is meant by these….
Dear, I wonder why I sometimes have strange dreams in my sleep.
Starting with having a dream of giving a senior lecturer a sexy bright-colored lingerie, then she fits it out right away. Oh!
The dream continued with having a class in my SMP’s building with my SMA mates, but the teachers are my SD teachers.
What’s the meaning of this?
Whatever it is, those dreams are like a ‘free movie’ to refresh my mind after having a stressful day.
Although they are not for real, for sure :)
Sometimes I had strange views in my dreams. Not about ghosts, for sure. The dreams I had were mostly about mixture between my school times like what I said before.
Well,
This afternoon I just copied some films from my classmate Trias. They are Harry potter and the deadly hallows part 1, Red riding hood, and How I met your mother session 1 – 6.
After the class ended, I went to legato and watched how I met your mother. Hey, what my friends said was true. This sitcom is very funny! I couldn’t stop laughing in front of laptop.
And this afternoon I had a meeting with all the legatoers. we can feel that the fire starts to burn. It’s 31 days left to ENGLISH MONT H 9! Work out, nji. Legato, fight! Legato, fight! Legato, fight fight fight!

I'M BACK !
Hi dear! I’m back from my 2-week holiday, and ready to start the class again!
Look at the sky, it’s showing its pearly smile, ain’t it?
I feel very delighted for being in my friends’ embraces again, and am blessed to be freed from the hell houseworks I have. To taste the legend-wait for it-dary Cilok of SMAN 8 Malang, to take nap in my beloved palace, Simpang bogor 31
I believe that – although my assignments are as many as my hairs – being in campus is much, much better than being at home. I don’t have these crazy friends at home, ain’t I?
Where else I can find boys singing Tani Maju’s songs with guitar, guys making a circle in Legato’s office to have lunch together, an out loud laughter while waiting for the lecturer to come, and a chat talking about a freshman whose style is like Chibi Maruko Chan?
Can’t find it at home, I guess. What I have at home are just houseworks, my impolite lil bro who dares to put his feet on my head (how rude!), and yeah – my dumb helper whose grammar is so error that I can’t understand what she is speaking. Yet, she’s so damn impolite, she dares to interrupt my mom while mom is explaining all the rules applied in my household. Argh! It makes me emotional explaining what’s on my home.
Although my subjects are hard, it’s much better than being at home…
Hey, one more thing. I used to have lunch at UM’s food court, but I was so surprised seeing our food court is closed – probably for good. No booths opened, yet all the tables were taken away. It’s empty!
Probably this food court is going to be demolished, since it is also located in J building’s area, which a new rectorate building is going to be built.
NOW, WHERE CAN I HAVE MY LUNCH?

Dear State University Of Malang, if you plan to have a restoration on the J building area – and it is surely giving effect on the other buildings around this J building – please think about giving a good replacement for those buildings (Pangsit+Lalapan kopma, pujasera, etc) that are accessible for the students and is not difficult to be searched.
I’ve been longing to have a plate of Lalapan Kopma and I don’t know where to find it.
Firstly my feeling said that I have to bring my own meal, since I have experienced that the food court was so crowded on the first day of classes after lebaran break, so that I think it’s better to bring my own meal. I took a ‘rantang’ from my storage room, and fill it with rice, tempe, and a bag of soup. I had my lunch at legato and… I was really surprised seeing my junior, Omen, also brings that kind of rantang and was having a meal.
FYI, omen is a member of the English Department’s theatre, Maestro. Once he got a role named Dirk McFly. Then, because of his act as Dirk, people know him as Omen McFly. While, previously, I – as his senior – have been well-known for that McFly name. I used that McFly in my facebook name, when I was a freshman. Then everyone knows that I am Angie McFly. Since Omen’s enjoin in Legato with that McFly name, everyone says that I and omen are siblings. McFly family.
Moreover, when they saw the same rantang we brought, they conclude that we – the McFly family – are so solid, to have the same rantang on having meal. Ahahahaa.
This is what I love from legato, and I don’t have it at home.

Angie's tips to be...... SKINNIER. hahahahaaa
Hey, do you think I'm fat? and do you always take it as a serious problem? hehe..
I don't think that being fat is a big matter. I eat a lot, but I also walk a lot. don't believe me?
let me explain.
Dear, my university has a new regulation: a parking sticker. It is valid for one semester. for motorcycle, the sticker costs Rp 50.000,-, while for cars it costs Rp 100.000,-.
I don't think that right now I have got the money, since this week I mostly spend my money to buy text books.
Errr... wait a minute. the tuts of this keyboard are kinda too hard when I hit them. the letters don't come automatically in every single hit. sorry to tell this, administrator :)
So, while waiting for another money to purchase that sticker, I have a kinda 'smart' solution for this, but surely it is tiring for some people. But for me, it can make me losing some weight.
Yeah, I always park my motorcycle in ormawa sastra's office. In Simpang bogor 31!
It's somehow far from my classes. Mostly my classes are held in E11 building and D building.
E11 is a brand new building for Sastra students. It is the replacement of the late J building which is now has completely demolished. E11 was a girls' dormitory of this university. Then, some renovations were done to make it appropriate to be used as classrooms.
it is located in veteran street, exactly across Matos mall.
It's indeed far from ormawa sastra's office. But there's a shortcut to reach the area, although it's a little bit farther.

It's indeed far from ormawa sastra's office. But there's a shortcut to reach the area, although it's a little bit farther.
This is the direction:
1. start from Ormawa sastra. go to the south, pass Mr. Markus Pigawahi's house (which has 'merry Christmas' sign on its door), walk until you find a fence on your right, with wild grasses vine on it. Exactly, behind FMIPA's building.
2. next, find a small entrance on the fence, that connects to stairs going to the lower ground. walk around it and you'll arrive in FMIPA area, exactly in Biology Department's building.
3. walk through FMIPA's garden until you came out of FMIPA's entrance in jalan Gombong.
4. walk through Jalan Gombong, pass Graha Cakrawala until you find a main gate.
5. turn left, and E11 is on your left side :)
haha, so simple, ain't it? and I do it very often, in this fasting month, under the hot sunlight.
it reminds me to the times when I was a teen, I used to wander around sawojajar to find that-very-brown-house-which-is-now-painted-yellow! it was so damn hot and I was lost. Until I tried to compete Cinta Laura to make my own jargon. Quite similar with "Mana ujan, ga ada ojek, becek", I made "Panas kebakar, kesasar, di sawojajar"
But I believe it will bring me a good progress. the last time I measure my weigh, the bathroom scale pointed out 53. I used to be 58. hahahahaaa.....
hm, no matter how much I weigh, I'll always look the same. With this shape. but I don't take my body shape as a serious matter. the problem is not in my body shape, but how well I dress myself up to make people impressed. :)

Simpang Bogor 31, ormawa sastra's new address!
Firstly, here is the new performance of my blog. Ahahaaa… finally, I made my own header. new background is being prepared… )
Dear,
We, the ormawa sastra-ers (Organisasi Mahasiswa Fakultas Sastra), are now moving to a new office, located in Jalan Simpang Bogor 31 :)

the front view
As what is planned by Mr. Rector, the J building –our palace- is going to be demolished, along with KOPMA and KPRI UM. It means that Ormawa Sastra -which is a part of J building- will be also demolished.
Then, a new location of Ormawa Sastra is prepared.
a 'rumah dinas' of a lecturer -which is actually a boarding house for students- is given to us, to be used as our office.
Looking at the room arrangement, I believe that it is more compatible to be used as a boarding house. There are approximately 8 rooms in the house and most of the rooms are 3x3-sized.
I wonder if the size fits for an office!

Legato's office is this small.
The house is a two-stories house, and the upper floor is quite scary because it has NO balcony, and it faces directly to the downstairs. Lord, I thank you because we are all grown ups, no hyperactive children living in this house. I myself has a phobia towards stairs which is arranged with blank spaces between each steps and - what's worse- has no banisters!

this is the 'scary' stair....
Fortunately my beloved legato is located in the 3rd room - it's on the 1st floor. and HMJ sasindo and HMJ arab are located upstairs.
Oh yeah - one more interesting thing about the new office: it is located exactly behind FMIPA's classes and it means I'm able to see good looking FMIPA guys having a class clearly! hahaaha..

FMIPA can be seen this clearly! -- view from the upstairs
once I dreamed having a boyfriend from Physics department and is a committee of Nucleon (HMJ Fisika UM), so that I have an access to search the documents about the senior nucleoners, even in the 1986s. Guess what, I wanna search that very physics teacher of mine's personal data, then steal it, and show it to her. I can't wait to see her hair standing because of her surprised feeling seeing the data.
Hey, what the hell am I talking about..? hm, now, regarding the new office of Legato – and the other organizations in Ormawa Sastra, I think the size of our office –which is so small compared to our former office- is somehow giving advantages. In our former office, which size was approximately 3x9 meters, usually many boys are sitting in a circle, facing their laptop, and playing…. DOTA. they can spend hours having a date with this game, while their hands holding cigarette, and make a terrible smoke. Fortunately, I can deal with smokes because my dad is a smoker, and I have been used to be surrounded with smokes since I was very little.
Now, with this 3x3-sized office, those boys are no longer able to have their ‘DotA forum’ inside the office, therefore, they have to find another place to play dota.
Also, by having this small room, therefore we have to keep the tidiness, not to put our belongings everywhere, as we don’t have much space.
Legato has been renovated for 3 times and I am lucky for having a chance to experience all the conditions of Legato. The first time I join Legato, when I was a freshmen, legato was only 3x5 meters and we are located aside HMJ Arab’s room. Actually, we were located in one big room, then the big room was divided into 3 rooms with wooden boards. One big room for watching TV and putting our stuffs (kinda opened storage room), one room for HMJ arab and one for Legato.
Then, on the June 2010, all the HMJs were renovated. after it was finished, we got a new room which was twice bigger than our former room. With this spacious room we can put many boxes, and more people can stay at legato’s office.

when I was a freshmen.
Now, we are placed in ‘an ex-boarding house’. Yes, some of us called it as a boarding house. We live in the same house! We have our own rooms. Apparently there will be a kitchen and a living room (hopefully, if it is not used as a storage space), and we have to take care of this house together.
I used to consider legato as a second home and a second family, and now by having this new office – that makes us even closer – I can love my big family more, and I can consider them as a family even more than before.
We are one big happy family living together in the same house, beautiful house, a comfortable place to be called as… HOME.

PLEASE DON'T TAKE A NOTICE ON DIONISIUS AND PUPAWA (Dion is the boy playing laptop and Pupawa is the sleeping boy), but please take a look at the office!

PENGUMUMAN! saya tidaksukaliburanpanjang
Oh, the English department! I don't know what word is proper to say that I love you very much. Thank god aku udah pindah kesini, disini aku bener2 nemuin jiwaku sebenarnya.
aku bakalan kangen kalian semua guys, kalo liburan panjang.

Liburan 3 bulan? Not at all!
Have I told you that I am a legatoer?
sepertinya gak usah panjang lebar.
mblenger? pasti.
dan ini adalah liburan panjangku yang ketiga! nggak total liburan aku, beneran!
awal2 liburan, aku sudah disibukkan dgn jadi panitia Strawberry Cream (ini acara keputrian sekota malang...)
terus, as a legatoer, mesti adaaa aja rapat. well, we are going to hold 2 big events: English Fun Weekend and English Month. on those events, I'm placed in KESEKRETARIATAN dept. what! it's time to deal with writing letters, printing proposals, making ID card, certificates, and registration forms! Angieee.... please don't feel down. this is a challenge that you have to take. you dedicate yourself loyally to legato. For you, legato is your family. even you love legato more than your own family! c'mon angieee... this is not hard. you can do it. just keep being careful on making letters.
Besides having meeting with all the legatoers for preparing EFW and EM, we also went to bojonegoro. 4 days being volunteer there, we were involved as the committee of New Student Orientation.
after that, I as one of CSR (Cerita Segala Rasa) magazine crew, I had to write articles and collect poems and short stories. hodaaaah!!!
and, in every week, we will have meeting, meeting, meeting, kriting.
print the proposals! edit those letters! print it!
hyeaaa!

guys, aku udah bikin 88 puisi sejak aku masi SMA dulu. gara2 mbaca puisi2nya anak2 sastra Indonesia nih, aku jadi pengen cepet2 nyelesaiin targetku bikin 100 puisi (kalo mentokk ga isa yo 90 aja lah, lumayan lah sama kayak tahun lahirku.) terus tak bukukan. sampulnya aku bikin yang bernuansa langit gitulah.
well, aku lebih seneng writing poems independently. sesuka2 suasana hati. bukan karena tugas dan diobrak2 dosen. that's why i don't want to join literature program...
ayok njii!

Khususon Illa bu Siti Nurul Muthmainnah, Al Faatihah....
what do you think when u read that sentence?
hoho... yeah, a surprising news from English department.
Bu Nurul Muthmainnah is hospitalized for her stroke sickness. Yeah, that Angel of ESAC is now suffering from stroke.
seems that it's no need for me to explain who Ms Nurul is. I don't want to tell it.
I posted this news in my status and here are the responses
BTW, we will celebrate our Legato 26th anniversary. Legato is the name of our English Students Association. Started from yesterday, i'll have meetings with all legatoers until dusk... just like last year when I was involved in English Month.
and i enjoy going home at dusk very much. That's my real life.
Having those great friends and opportunity to practice English for everyday communication are such a great blessing for me. That's why I consider Legato as my second home before SMANAWA and Lembang. Hahaa.... I love you legato.
The hottest news from me is: My bedroom is gonna be renovated. It'll be repainted, and I choose PINK for the colour of my wall. And the furnitures are gonna be rearranged. And i'll move my bed too. Oh yah, there's something trouble on my bed. Some of its springs are broken, and my father repaired it BY HIMSELF. O Lord!
There will be no dolls, since my doctor detected something called 'Ashmatis Alergius' inside my lungs. So that I have to avoid everything containing dusts - including DOLLS.
And I don't want if my desk should be taken out from my bedroom! I love to write my poems and stories *halah* inside my bedroom, alone, without others watching!
I don't know whether the electone will be taken out or not. because I seldom play on it. I'll also remove the curtain of my bedroom. I'll put a laundry basket on my bedroom, too.
overall, my bedroom will be cuter soon. cz I love PINK! ^_^
