CHICAGO!

I have an auntie in Chicago and she recently came to Indonesia. I call her tante vonny. She came to my house yesterday and UNFORTUNATELY I was asleep, and Dad, mom, and bro was going out to buy some electrical equipment. And Auntie W (mom's eldest sister who is sick; I told u in my previous posts) - because of the medicines she take - is lack of hearing sensitivity. so, NO ONE KNOWS that my auntie came.
HELL AAARGH!
Well, tante Vonny came with her family. And when they arrived on my home, they only met a boarding-house girl. Since they were unable to meet us, she therefore gave some packages to that boarding house girl to be given to mom.
and then, after mom arrived, I checked the package. Wow! we got a pen, keychain, lipstick and t-shirt!

Ahahai! and Mas Gading called me "Chicago Girl"
well, I'm Indonesian.

Hopefully, by feeling the spirit of chicago, someday I'll fly there to continue my study :)

HOPELESS

Hi dear, I hope that you’re not bored reading my posts which are mostly complain about my house. Well, FYI, I’m a kind of a girl who feels better at campus rather than at home. Somehow, there are times that my campus is incomparable with my home. As what I said before, there are many fun things I had at campus but I can’t find it at home.

Dear, it is officially one month for me being expelled from my bedroom.
I know that I usually left my bedroom in a mess, but there I can get my precious privacy, I can type anything on my laptop without being watched by anyone else.
I can write anything in my notebook without worrying of my notes will be read.
I can enjoy the decoration of my bedroom. Its pink walls, the photo board, and the gift papers I attach on my wall, the rejection letter I got from AMINEF which is somehow motivating though it is frustrating at first.
I have a wishing box in my room. I put all my wishes there and I believe that someday those dreams will come true.

Lord, I don’t know for how long my Auntie will occupy my bedroom. I keep on praying for her, to get better soon….
If she gets better then she can fly back to Jakarta, and have her normal life as a happy grandma.
Lord, I hate seeing my parents spending so much money to take care of her. I don’t know how much they have spent for my aunt, and I don’t want to find out.
All I can do is just praying for her to be better and to be recovered very soon.

(Everyone who reads this, please pray for my aunt! I’m so desperate)

Maybe some of you judge that I’m not ikhlas – or something, but – believe me that it DOES happen to all girls who love their bedroom very much. Moreover if the bedroom has been arranged and decorated as well to make the owner convenient.

Hi dear, I event have bought some new giftpapers to be attached in my wall. It shows how enthusiastic I am to welcome the day when I am sent back to my room. Can’t wait to wash the bed sheets and arrange the tables again, can’t wait to arrange the necklaces I hang on the window bars, can’t wait to clean out my cupboard, can’t wait to rearrange my books, can’t wait to arrange my accessories in a neater place, can’t wait to put my make up kits in my dresser (well, since I’m expelled from my bedroom, I always do the make-up in the mirror of dining room’s sink!).
Can’t wait to write freely on my notebook, to stare at the cute photos, to write on the wishing box…..

I WANNA HAVE MY PRIVACY BACK.
Please recover my aunt and grant her a better life.

I believe that that day will come…
Cause I know that everyone isn’t dare to see me sleeping on the couch every night.

I'm wondering why… and asking what is meant by these….

Dear, I wonder why I sometimes have strange dreams in my sleep.
Starting with having a dream of giving a senior lecturer a sexy bright-colored lingerie, then she fits it out right away. Oh!
The dream continued with having a class in my SMP’s building with my SMA mates, but the teachers are my SD teachers.

What’s the meaning of this?

Whatever it is, those dreams are like a ‘free movie’ to refresh my mind after having a stressful day.
Although they are not for real, for sure :)

Sometimes I had strange views in my dreams. Not about ghosts, for sure. The dreams I had were mostly about mixture between my school times like what I said before.

Well,
This afternoon I just copied some films from my classmate Trias. They are Harry potter and the deadly hallows part 1, Red riding hood, and How I met your mother session 1 – 6.

After the class ended, I went to legato and watched how I met your mother. Hey, what my friends said was true. This sitcom is very funny! I couldn’t stop laughing in front of laptop.

And this afternoon I had a meeting with all the legatoers. we can feel that the fire starts to burn. It’s 31 days left to ENGLISH MONT H 9! Work out, nji. Legato, fight! Legato, fight! Legato, fight fight fight!

I'M BACK !

Hi dear! I’m back from my 2-week holiday, and ready to start the class again!
Look at the sky, it’s showing its pearly smile, ain’t it?

I feel very delighted for being in my friends’ embraces again, and am blessed to be freed from the hell houseworks I have. To taste the legend-wait for it-dary Cilok of SMAN 8 Malang, to take nap in my beloved palace, Simpang bogor 31 
I believe that – although my assignments are as many as my hairs – being in campus is much, much better than being at home. I don’t have these crazy friends at home, ain’t I?
Where else I can find boys singing Tani Maju’s songs with guitar, guys making a circle in Legato’s office to have lunch together, an out loud laughter while waiting for the lecturer to come, and a chat talking about a freshman whose style is like Chibi Maruko Chan?
Can’t find it at home, I guess. What I have at home are just houseworks, my impolite lil bro who dares to put his feet on my head (how rude!), and yeah – my dumb helper whose grammar is so error that I can’t understand what she is speaking. Yet, she’s so damn impolite, she dares to interrupt my mom while mom is explaining all the rules applied in my household. Argh! It makes me emotional explaining what’s on my home.

Although my subjects are hard, it’s much better than being at home…

Hey, one more thing. I used to have lunch at UM’s food court, but I was so surprised seeing our food court is closed – probably for good. No booths opened, yet all the tables were taken away. It’s empty!
Probably this food court is going to be demolished, since it is also located in J building’s area, which a new rectorate building is going to be built.

NOW, WHERE CAN I HAVE MY LUNCH?

Dear State University Of Malang, if you plan to have a restoration on the J building area – and it is surely giving effect on the other buildings around this J building – please think about giving a good replacement for those buildings (Pangsit+Lalapan kopma, pujasera, etc) that are accessible for the students and is not difficult to be searched.

I’ve been longing to have a plate of Lalapan Kopma and I don’t know where to find it.

Firstly my feeling said that I have to bring my own meal, since I have experienced that the food court was so crowded on the first day of classes after lebaran break, so that I think it’s better to bring my own meal. I took a ‘rantang’ from my storage room, and fill it with rice, tempe, and a bag of soup. I had my lunch at legato and… I was really surprised seeing my junior, Omen, also brings that kind of rantang and was having a meal.

FYI, omen is a member of the English Department’s theatre, Maestro. Once he got a role named Dirk McFly. Then, because of his act as Dirk, people know him as Omen McFly. While, previously, I – as his senior – have been well-known for that McFly name. I used that McFly in my facebook name, when I was a freshman. Then everyone knows that I am Angie McFly. Since Omen’s enjoin in Legato with that McFly name, everyone says that I and omen are siblings. McFly family.
Moreover, when they saw the same rantang we brought, they conclude that we – the McFly family – are so solid, to have the same rantang on having meal. Ahahahaa.

This is what I love from legato, and I don’t have it at home.

Bicycling, new TV channel, and.... RESEARCH STATISTICS! AAARGH ~

Me: "What's the hardest part of working on our thesis?"
My Senior: "to turn on our laptop and click the documents"

That also applies in doing assignments. At first I thought that I only have Sociolinguistics assignment which is doing a mini-research about alay language. I've copied many alay wall posts, comments, and names on FB. i thought that's all of my assignments until suddenly I dreamed about my email. LORD! I have an email from my lecturer containing about.... Research statistic assignment!

We are supposed to find the answers on the E-book we downloaded at www.library.nu.
well, I'm not used to use e-book as a reference, and I think having a hard copy of a book is more practical. but, the problem is, should I print out that 227-page-ebook by my own papers, by my own printer, although the lecturer said so?

Yeahh, I admit it, that the hardest part of doing a homework is not to think what the answers are, but to start working on it. to turn my laptop on and open the desired document.

Well, somehow I try to boost up my willing to work on my assignments by writing this very kind of post, to share it with another. but the problem is, it is mostly not working.

they are only 10 questions, but - yeah - why it is so hard to start?
I don't want this course to be a hard subject.

Hmm, I wanna tell you that I feel fresher now, although I'm upset. I just had bicycling around my campus and feel the convenience of my campus area on day-offs. No students, no vehicles, and it was breezy. something that makes me upset that: This is the 2nd time the right pipe of my trousers was torn because it was hooked accidentally on the bicycle's gear. Argh!

Have you found out that we have a new TV channel, Kompas TV? managed by a well-known newspaper, Kompas, now they spread their media to TV channels. Cooperating with a local TV channel, ATV, kompas TV is streamed throughout malang city. and guess what, dad directly falls in love with this new TV :) and maybe sooner or later I'll love it too :)

Badly need.....

1. A headset for my SE K630i!

2. New pencil case: Mine is already torn badly!

3. an underscarf!

emm.... I wanna ask something: is it still appropriate for a 21-year-old girl like me to use a metal pencilcase which is usually used by elementary school students? heheh
everytime I walk around stationary store, I always can't stand of the cuteness of those metal pencil boxes... Especially with those hello kitty ones.
but somehow I also tempted to have furry pencilcase like the one I saw in str*beri.
BTW, i just purchased the university's parking ticket! Haha, no need to park my motorcycle in ormawa too often :)

What's so wrong of having black henna?

my auntie (mom's 5th younger sister) gave me these hennas yesterday. There are 3 colors: black, chestnut, and brown. I prefer trying the black one cz I have experienced applying the other colours.

Mom said that I look like a witch. DO I?
