IN-TERN-SHIP!

I finally made up my mind,
following a friend's suggestion,
I'm having my Internship now....
in RRI!

AS A RADIO ANNOUNCER!

the studio...
My friend Racle reading a breaking news

My duty is to read breaking news and to host music request and English Channel program :)
well, I think I fall in love with broadcasting.....

When I was a junior High school student, I listened a lot to many radio stations segmented to youths. They were Kalimaya Bhaskara, ProML Fm (unfortunately this station has disbanded), Mfm, and Tritara Fm (this very station, if I'm not mistaken, has transformed itself into a christian religion-based radio). I was very active in sending messages to say hello to my friends or to request songs.

I imagined that being a radio announcer means having a very huge knowledge about the trending musics, exposed to many good musics - which means have a better knowledge about music and also the musicians. Also, a chance to interview the musicians, hehe.... :)

Being a radio announcer means not only training my speaking and rhetoric skill, but also how to keep up the good mood, not showing any anger or disappointment, and always speak in cheerful tone. I wonder how can they do that and I'm training myself to do so!

Having this internship makes me motivated to be a real, professional radio announcer in the future.
Although, in fact, I didn't involve myself in any kinds of broadcasting or rhetoric club in my university.
Hopefully, amin !

Earth, Wind, and Fire

OK, my life is kinda jazzy. For real. I'm now addicted with this:

I knew many of their songs from Mas Hudhan, my senior at college. It was on january 2011, when I worked as a display team for Karnaval Sastra celebration night. My laptop was used for displaying a documentary video of The Faculty of Letters :)

I directly fell in love with their song, "Let's Groove"
it somehow reminds me to my 4th semester in this university :)

The first time I got a henna,
the first time I was appointed as the captain of the class,
the first time being appointed as a chief editor,
and had a very hectic schedule due to my pregnant lecturer was going to leave for termination...

Well, this song is so cheerful, and I always love this song :)

A fashionable teacher, why not?

Being a young woman in her early 20s makes me aware of putting some fashion twist on our everyday outfits, although in fact I'm not that fashionable. it makes me thinking of what am I going to look like - I mean, what outfits am I going to wear if later in the future I'm working as a teacher.
I started my teaching career when I was 20 and it was on an Islamic boarding school, so I was set to dress up that way: big veil and long skirt. Therefore, everyone looks undoubtedly similar. Well, that's the rule, I am set that way, I cannot break the rules.

That was when I worked as a extra-curricular teacher, and later I may have a job as an English teacher - in a formal track, not a freelancer or part-timer. Being in a formal track, it means I will dress up like what common teachers wear: Khaki suit (if I'm a government employee, lol :P), 3-cm-heeled black shiny shoes, a leather bag which style suits only on those women on their 40s?
Hell, I don't want to dress up like what those teachers in their 40s do!
Dear, what's so wrong if a teacher wears these:

This bag,

This glasses:

And to set hijabs this way:

and this pair of shoes:

what do you think if a teacher wears these?
cool rite?
I wanna dress up that way later, if I work as a teacher
