MOCCA! MOCCA! MOCCA!

Dear mocca, I'm a Swinging Friends!

mocca performed at Nevasca 2011 (New viva for smansa's creation), it was an art performance night(pensi) held by SMAN 1 Malang.
There were many bands performed, and Mocca was the guest star that we were waiting for.

In the afternoon, before they perform at night, we had the meet and greet in Fajar Teaching Restaurant. Also, on the meet and greet, Swinging Friends malang was officially established :))

arina slices the cake as the sign that Swinging Friends malang was officially established! #badenglishmodeon

arina gives the cake to Dewi, the head of Swinging Friends Malang.

Dewi received a gift from Mocca

the interview session :)
I asked arina whether she has got a new dog to replace the late zeus. She answered, "Not yet! Now I live with my sister - the 3rd daughter of my family - and we don't have a large yard at home, so that I can't keep a dog with us."

Photo session :))

it's me bringing the Swinging Friends logo given by mocca...

Then, on the night. We went together to graha cakrawala. We arrived there at 9 and watched some band performances, e.g. Analogkid, SATCF, unda undi, and silversky. Also, there was Bu Lusi, a Physics teacher of SMAN 1 Malang, performed 2 songs and was accompanied by some students. Besides that, there were also a fashion show and a documentary film playing.

on the venue :)))

and finally, here they are... MOCCA!

I recorded their performance through my handycam. Unfortunately some of the parts are missing, and I don't know why :((

Here are some songs they sang on their show: (I can't remember them exactly)
- I love you anyway
- I think I'm in love
- butterflies in my tummy
- hanya satu
- me and my boyfriend
- secret admirer (+ tap dance by arina!)
- i remember
- the best thing
- lucky me
- swing it bob

(I don't remember the other songs.... xD)

the show finished at midnight and we were totally exhausted. I planned to spend the night sleeping in a friend's boarding house, but unfortunately I couldn't. Then I slept in Ormawa sastra, exactly in HMJ Sastra Jerman's office. Thank God it was safe during the whole night sleeping in that room, although it wasn't comfortable sleeping on the carpet. I went home at 5.30 am after subuh prayer :)

That was a very superb night, and it was indeed unforgettable.
I love mocca! and love y'all, SWINGING FRIENDS! you're my crazy fellas and I can't wait for the next hanging out with y'all on Malang Tempo Doeloe!
Proud to be an SF :))

See you next time, Mocca! <3

Just realized it....

So I have forgotten to bring my wallet during these 3 days? Which means that I didn't bring my STNK and driving license for 3 days??
Thanks Lord, You saved me from being arrested by the police.
and what's worse, this have been happened many times, to left my wallet at home.

well, that's about my carelessness. The thing that made me surprised is:

Mom: "we are appointed to be the host of yasinan next week"
Me: *speechless, mouth opened*

my heart said: MOCCAAAAAA!!!!!!

yes, guys. Mocca's show will be next week, and me - as a committee of Swinging Friends Malang - is supposed to attend, together with the others.

Huaaaasyeeem!!
I really don't like being the host of those kind of forums. The preparation usually takes a very looooong time and it is difficult to arrange everything, yet the meeting only run for less than 2 hours!! The worst is, usually the guests don't finish the meals we serve. WHAT THE HELL! BUNCH OF CRAP! x(

Lord, please fly me to Graha Cakrawala as soon as the preparation begins. Let my mom knows that I love Mocca and this is the first time for me to meet them directly, and attending their LIVE show!!

Dari tepi jalan bondowoso.....

Glad to have a visit to my lecturer's home, not only to submit the final project, but also to see her baby =)

he's an angel!! *the effect of analyzing 'A very old man with enormous wings' as an assignment of Basic prosaic studies*

yes, he's indeed an angel.

We talked a lot of things yesterday, then realized that this world is small. Guess what, my parents were her colleague!! She worked on the same office with my parents when she was attending college. She still remembers my parents, although it was 15 years ago when they worked together....

It's a small world after all.

And now, I can't wait to meet my favorite band, MOCCA =)

They will hold a concert on Graha Cakrawala, UM. It will be on May 14th, 2011.
Two weeks to go, yaaay <3 Well, now I'm also involved in Swinging Friends (Mocca's friendsclub). Glad to meet new friends with the same favorite band.
me and my SWINGING friends, having gathering on MOG.
(Jono, Wini, Icha, Rossa, Me, Deni, Alfi)

I LOVE MOCCA~!

btw, my dad has just arrived from Cirebon after his 2 months project, he brought many bags of.... LAUNDRIES. *turning on the washing machine*. It's laundry time!!

Bedroom cleaning (and a little makeover)

Whoa! just did a bedroom-cleaning which took approximately 2 hours!! (thank God I start the class at noon today) well, my bedroom is used to be extremely messy. Yeah, I'm a scrapbooker-wannabe, I looooooove to cut out cute pictures from the magazine, collecting many colorful gift papers, and to cut it as the base or background of a scrapbook or to be a cover of my books. Also, I made some crafts from flannel clothes, like lollypop brooch or flower necklaces. You know.... the craps are scattered everywhere on the floor, together with my fallen hairs (I have a trouble with my hair, recently).
Well, this bedroom cleaning produced a big bagful of paper trashes.

see? that's the trashes from my bedroom! a bagful of trashes!

I also changed my bedsheet, and rearrange some furnitures. I took out my electone from my room, cz it depletes the space beside my bed. I left some spaces beside my bed as a place for me to pray. Besides that, my lil bro likes to use my electone without returning the adaptor, the bookstand, and the cover after finished playing it.
I also roll up my gift papers collection to make it more neat, and also put in all my scrapbooking stuffs inside a box.
Well, somehow I also confused where to put my bags. I usually let it lie down anywhere on my room, on my bed, and what's worse- on my electone.
Seems that I've been abusing my electone with putting many things on it. my books, my bag, my shawl, or to put my phone on the electone when I'm charging it. that's one consideration of putting out my electone.

well, my room seems to be larger now. but this is the most exciting new part of my room:

These korean style gift papers!! These are two of my gift paper collections. I feel that it's too good to be cut into scrapbook, to be given to someone else, or to be used as book covers. so that I decided to put it on my wall to make it not plain.
waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa it's soooooo damn cute!

well, I'm thinking of adding more wall decorations to my room...

(considering one more photo board besides this one)

my photo board

how about buying glow-in-the-dark wall decorations that can be bought in Na*ghty or str*beri?
hehe.

Well, I'm sure that this neatness will not last long. sooner, it will be messed up again. Somehow I'm just trying to be organized.

phew,, it's such a tiring job to clean my bedroom, and it will be messed up again very soon. Oh, please! do I need something to put my unorganized stuffs?
However, I should make my room as comfortable as possible.

but, hey? what time is it now? Lord, dhuhur time. gotta fly to campus immediately. haven't worked on critical reading final project which deadline is on the next two days! Oh shame...

My wishes (I'M NOT BEING "RIYA'!")

During your note-reading, please note that I'm posting this note not for being riya', nor to expose that tomorrow is my birthday.

Not really. There's something more important that I want to share: a hope of bringing a betterment!

For me, growing old is not at all a pride. There are many 'amanah's that we are expected to overcome, and what's more, those amanahs are growing larger day by day.

And I don't know whether I have been that capable, or appropriate enough to be labeled as 'mature'. Twenty one! what do you expect? many things. Soooooooooo many.

Well, to cut the long story, cz I'm afraid that this post is going to be as long as my previous post, I'll write out my birthday wishes. Maybe you'll find that some of my wishes are quite weird yet funny. But, no one can forbid me to dream :D

O Lord, the Almighty, may You grant these wishes:

1. I want to get an A for my every subjects. FOUR-O!

2. I want to pass the AMINEF scholarship, and got the one-year-study in the US!

3. to run the Blink Wallchart on time, no delay for publishing. Wish that the articles and appearances will be stunning.

4. I want to have that courage again - a courage to do the private teaching. Well, I found out that it was not easy to be a private teacher.

5. to get that spirit again - yea, the spirit I held strongly when I was a teen, a spirit to seize Your ridho. I admit that there has been some degradation in me.

6. I want to be prettier. INDEED, as I am a narssistic person, I do anything to make myself look good! (including spending IDR 100k to buy a geeky glasses)

7. I want to be Diana Rikasari, Sonia Eryka, Sabila Anata, Tiananda.... NO! I have my own style! I'm original and not copying anyone! I dress for me, not for fashion-critics. I want to explore my OWN style, with all the limited outfits I have, without worrying about what people (especially my colleague at sharels) will judge about the way I dress.

and I will be glad if people appreciate my fashion sense. I am who I am, I am what I wear!

8. As I felt that my passion for fashion starts to grow, indeed I want to have many new fashion items that I've never had before. A pair of high-waisted hareem pants. a brown belt. pink tutu skirt. a leather blouse with animal prints, fringes, studs, and chains on it. a studded ankle boots. jumpsuits. boleros. balloon cardigan with union jack prints on it. vintage golden necklaces and brooches. all colors of paris headcovers. animal print scarf. geeky sunglasses. headband. wooden bracelet. a stiletto with 12-cm heels. harajuku backpack with stunning ornaments. many kinds of my handmade statement necklace! doc martens. furry hat. many kinds of cute and colorful bracelets (I love to wear more than 3 bracelets on my hand!). stripes rainbow socks. black legging. many kinds of cardy. an average bag for me wandered around town. a colorful toycam. Nokia X5. more big veils and dresses for saturday (my teaching time!)

9. I want to keep my room always tidy. I want to take out some of the furnitures. the electone which was used to be my pal, I wanna put it outside my room, so that everyone can use it. also, the lower bed. I don't really need it. Who else living in my room? no one! it's only me living in that 3x4 room. I want a new curtain, the pink one! I also one to have that desk lamp! I want to apply a wallpaper!

10. Wish that I could get my special room for scrapbooking. so that the craps will not mess up my narrow bedroom.

11. I want to be recovered from my lung disease. the very disease that requires my wardrobe to be put outside my room.

12. I wish that I can deal with my colleagues. Well, as I'm working in a boarding school, I often found out that their ideology is kinda extreme. not the same as what I hold, and I disagree with lots of points and norms that they believe.

Often, my students feel that the rules are too extreme and I also feel the same!

13. I want to continue my organization experience to the student executive board. Learning from my previous experiences, being less professional on handling events, I wanna try, learn, and deal with bigger challenges by being a committee of student executive board.

14. Lord, I know You are dissapointed with this. And it happens to many people. I don't want to skip any prayer no more. It's a big shame for a 21-year-old girl skipping prayers!

15. and, I don't want to be a procrastinator - just like NOW! hey dude, I'm right now doing my critical reading final project and I suddenly thinking of posting this. I'm distracted by FB. Jack#$%^&*!@+!!

Well, FYI, this assignment was given a month ago and we had plenty of time for doing it. but I don't know why do I prefer to finish it when it is almost the deadline. Is it because today is my critical reading lecturer's birthday???

Oh oh oh. if it is, I would like to write to the utmost, and give my final project as her BIRTHDAY PRESENT!

But the most important of all, I wish, I want, and I will be very thankful TO BE GIVEN A LIFE tomorrow, to have a chance of experience Your blesses, the life of being 21 years old. Money can't buy a chance to get one more day to live for.

Lord, the Almighty. You are the creator of every single thing in this planet, this atmosphere, this galaxy, EVERYTHING in this universe. You have the authority cz everything belongs to you. Only You can decide what my everything will be, you can suddenly change my feeling towards something, and many other surprises in life await for me - under Your authority. You have the things that I wish for, Lord. Show me the path to reach Your bless. Amin.

We have grown up. Some have a new life n forget the past. But for some, the past is the future. And today will decide it. Time flows so fast... We are in the middle of it. (Wulandari, 2011)
