Well, I used to write poems. Although I'm not as productive as I was back then. If Bu Rusna's birthday is not coming, I won't write any. So, Bu Rusna is your only motivation to write a poem?

If once I got some inspiration of arranging beautiful words, it's only one or two lines, and they end up as a FB status instead of a good poem that my friends adore. and it is quite rare.
A reason why I prefer writing poems instead of short stories is that everything I wanna express are too random. Once I try to write a short story, it failed to build a conflict. Or, it comes to a very long, not directed writing. Poems are more practical, no conflict needed, free to use any words I want, and it's OK if people don't understand. Ain't it? ahaha.
but, however, as a writer, there must be something to be expressed.

I know that I hardly ever write a short story - moreover my English is not that excellent (but I dare to write this English blog! no matter what they would like to think about me, I still write it).
now that I wanna try to participate on such kind of competition. I have an idea on my mind about what my short story is going to be, I've had this concept since I was still an 12th grader. Now that I'm trying to elaborate my mind on writing this short story, Bismillah...
I don't need to be the winner of this contest. I just want to prove that I still have an ability to write, and this time I write a more complicated work... short story.
